How to Add an Additional Membership Number to an Existing Royalty Rewards Member

Overview

In Royalty Rewards, a Royalty Rewards membership number is assigned to a specific customer when become a Royalty Rewards member and start using the service. In some cases, multiple Royalty Rewards membership numbers may be associated with a single account in the shop management system.

 

For example, if John Smith has a Royalty Rewards card that he uses personally and has a separate Royalty Rewards card that he uses for his company vehicle, but both vehicles are listed under his personal account in the shop management software, you can assign both membership numbers to that one customer account in your shop management software.

Resolution

 

Click to view the video or follow the steps below.

 

Step 1: Open the Royalty Rewards program by double clicking the icon shown below on your desktop.

Royalty Rewards will open to the main screen.

 

Step 2: Click on Help and select Maintenance.

The following screen will appear.

Step 3: Double click on the customer to whom you would like to add an additional Membership #.

 

For this example, we will choose John Smith. The following window will appear.

Step 4: Type the Additional Membership # in the field as shown.

Step 5: Click Add.

Step 6: Close the Customer Maintenance window by clicking on the red X.

The Additional Membership number has been added to the customer's original membership number. Click the red X to return to the main screen.
