How to Verify Data has been Uploaded


You can easily verify that customer information is being uploaded to Royalty Rewards online.




Please click to watch the video or follow the steps below.

Step 1.

Open the Royalty Rewards program by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.

Step 2.

Click on Help and select Maintenance.




Step 3.

Sort the Membership # column or Customer Name column by clicking on the header.

Step 4.

Scroll to find the customer with missing transactional data.


Step 5.

Double click on the customer to view the Customer Maintenance window for that customer.

Step 6.

Click on the Membership Activity tab.

Step 7.

Any repair orders or promos used will be displayed on this tab along with the date it was sent.
