If repair order activity or promo codes that have been processed for a customer are not showing in your online Royalty Rewards account, follow the steps below and give us a call if this does not resolve the issue.
Open the Royalty Rewards program by double clicking on the icon on your desktop.
Click on Help and select Maintenance.
Sort the Membership # column or Customer Name column by clicking on the header.
Scroll to find the customer with missing transactional data.
Double click on the customer to view the Customer Maintenance window for that customer.
Click on the Membership Activity tab.
Any repair orders or promos used will be displayed on this tab along with the date it was sent.
