We noticed that one (or more) of your terminals has not uploaded to us...(RR3)

Overview

NOTE: This article is valid for Royalty Rewards 3. If your icon for Royalty Rewards is bright green as shown below, use these instructions.

If DataLink gets turned off, Royalty Rewards will continue to work as normal for the user, but will not upload data to the website. The user may receive a message under Important Notifications stating:

 

"We noticed that one (or more) of your terminals has not uploaded to us in the last XX days. Please call..."

Resolution

To resolve this issue, restart DataLink on the server.

 

1. Click on Start.

2. Find DataLink in the Applications list.

Windows 8:

3. Click on DataLink to start it.

The data will upload in the evening. The upload will include all transactions since the last successful upload.

 

If for some reason you are unable to find DataLink in the application list under Start, you may also browse to C:\ProgramFiles (x86)\TBOffice\DataLink and double click on DataLink.exe to restart it.

 

If Royalty Rewards is not running:

1. Double click on the icon on the desktop:

2. Go to the system tray in the lower left corner, click on the up arrow.

3. Right click on Royalty Rewards and select Open.
